Faye Software Eaters Club 2024 Expense Policy

 

Below please find the Faye Software Eaters Club Expense Policy. This page provides key information on what expenses are covered while attending Software Eaters Club.

Expenses To Be Covered By Faye:

  • Airfare for Faye employees and guests booked by emailing faye@etakevents.com, or employee airfare booked through TripActions.
  • Hotel accommodations from Thursday, April 18 through Sunday, April 21 at Sanctuary All-Inclusive Resort.
  • All meals and drinks at the Sanctuary All-Inclusive Resort from Thursday, April 18 through Sunday, April 21.
  • Group Function Food and Beverage on Friday, April 19 (Celebration Dinner).
  • Ground transportation between Punta Cana International Airport and Sanctuary All-Inclusive Resort on Thursday, April 18 and Sunday, April 21 only.
  • If you extended your stay past April 21, Faye will reimburse transportation back to the airport.

Included In Your Stay:

  • All meals and drinks at the Hotel including alcoholic beverages
  • All hotel taxes and gratuities
  • Most on property sports and activities (spa not included)
  • Private balconies with stunning views
  • Plush king-size or two queen beds
  • Evening turndown service
  • Minibars stocked daily with water, beer, soft drinks and snacks
  • 24-hour in-suite dining with chef’s specialties
  • Lavish toiletries, bathrobes and slippers
  • LCD satellite TV and MP3 player dock
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access

Reimbursable Expenses:

  • Travel to/from departure Airport and Airport parking
  • Expenses accrued during travel (that cannot be pre-paid for) such as in-flight meals
  • Travel document costs (visas), if required
  • Luggage (checked): Costs for one piece of checked luggage
  • You may expense breakfast or lunch food and drinks off-site of the resort if you are on an excursion

Non-Reimbursable Expenses:

  • Car Rentals – the company will not reimburse car rental expenses. Faye will provide ground transportation to and from Punta Cana International Airport and the hotel on Thursday, April 18 and Sunday, April 21.
  • Any cancellation fees incurred, due to noncompliance with Resort Credit Activities and/or Spa
  • Flight Change Fees unless for the purpose of business and/or during a valid emergency
  • Extended stays/additional nights and expenses related to personal days
  • Flight upgrades at the expense of the Company are NOT permitted. Upgrades are allowed at the traveler’s personal expense directly with the airlines, if available.
  • Guest Travel Insurance
  • Passport

Please note that children are not permitted to attend Faye Software Eaters Club.

Please submit your 2024 Faye Software Eaters Club expenses on a separate expense report from regular business travel.

Any combined expense reports received will be returned for correction.

All expense reports must be submitted in line with Faye’s normal expense policy.
