How do I book my hotel accommodation?
When you submit your completed event registration form, your requested hotel dates will be sent to the hotel. You’ll receive a hotel confirmation email for Faye Software Eaters Club.

How do I book my flight?
Once you have completed registration, within a few days, you can expect to receive access to the travel booking platform to select & book your flights according to meeting parameters.

Attendees should arrive at the hotel on Wednesday, January 28 and depart on Saturday, January 31. Room check out is at 12:00PM.

Who do I contact regarding questions about my flight?
If you booked your flights through emailing faye@etakevents.com, please continue to do so for any changes.

When do I need to register for Faye Software Eaters Club?
You will need to complete your event registration by January 9, 2026.

I need to cancel my attendance at Faye Software Eaters Club, what do I do?
If you need to cancel your attendance, please tell your Manager and send an email to faye@etakevents.com as soon as possible. Also make sure you cancel your flight arrangements.
