Extending Your Stay
Staff wishing to extend their stay must apply for PTO and seek approval from their Manager, prior to making travel arrangements. To extend your stay at Live Aqua Cancun, please email faye@etakevents.com and please include your name and the dates you are looking to add to your stay. Price is subject to availability.
Note: Faye will not reimburse any additional travel or hotel costs beyond the approved travel dates for staff. Staff are responsible for any additional travel costs incurred due to extended stays.
Travel
Flight Booking
Your travel (airfare, hotel and ground transportation to/from CUN) will be covered by Faye with arrivals landing at Cancun International Airport (CUN) on Wednesday, January 27th by 3:00pm and departing flights leaving on Saturday, January 31 at leisure. Once you have completed registration, we will send you access to the flight booking portal in the coming weeks to select your flights according to meeting parameters.
Winners and their guests do not need to use a personal or company credit card when booking. The flights will be billed directly to Faye. All of the normal booking guidelines for company travel apply here. Click Here to review Faye’s Global Travel Policies.
Please note that you will only be able to book flights during the timeframe of the event. Unless you’ve arranged to stay additional days, please book these arrival and departure dates:

No Faye events or activities are planned. Please plan your departure at your leisure.
Flights will arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport which is 20 minutes from Live Aqua Cancun.

Travel Visa
Any person who can legally travel or reside in the United States, Canada and the European Union (including Great Britain) does not need a visa to visit Mexico for tourist purposes and can enter with a Tourist Card and a valid passport.
If you are traveling internationally please check if you need a visa or other travel documents to enter Mexico. Faye will reimburse you for expenses/processing fees associated with a Visa application. However, it is your responsibility to check if you require a Visa if traveling internationally. Ground Transportation
Round trip ground transportation will be provided from Cancun International Airport to Live Aqua Cancun.
After clearing immigration, head to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage and proceed through customs. After passing through customs, look for a representative with the Faye logo. They will be expecting you and will arrange your transfer to the hotel.
You’ll receive a Departure Notice upon arrival at the hotel which will confirm your departure date and time.
